Should there be any health-related issues with my pet, any required treatment or procedure may change the overall cost of the boarding. If you are unsure about your pets parasidicide or, if we have reasonable belief that the current parasidicide isnt adequate (notice eggs and or adult parasites) or the parasidicide expires during their stay and you have not provided their next dose then we will charge and administer a monthly parasidicide from our clinic. Please be aware we are NOT responsible for the loss of any personal items (leads, collars, toys etc) admitted with pets. We recommend NOT leaving any personal items with your pet, we have plenty of toys and blankets for them here. Cancellations within 2 weeks of booking are 50% refund.
